ISOBS leaders publish an article on office safety

Office-based anesthesia is expanding. At the present time, there has not been a good review of what is needed for those who practice anesthesia in the office. Dr. Richard D. Urman, Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Management, Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, and coauthors are individuals who do both office and ambulatory surgery and are leaders in the field.
